Refund / Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to photography and videography services provided by ANART LLC.

Retainers / Deposits

If a retainer or deposit is required to reserve a date, it is non-refundable because we turn away other bookings for that date.

Client Cancellation

If the client cancels, the retainer/deposit remains non-refundable. Any additional payments made may be refundable only if services have not been performed and no work has been completed, and only at our discretion.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. If we are unavailable on the requested new date, it will be treated as a cancellation.

No Refund After Services

Once services have been delivered/performed, refunds are not provided.
